It’s as simple as copying the images into the incoming drop directory. Upon importing, general keywords can be applied. Specific keywords can be applied anytime and even refined going forward. ImageSpace creates all the various versions of images that your organization needs. In minutes, you will have access to all these images and their versions.
Is ImageSpace compatible with my current systems?Yes. Typically, ImageSpace is hosted with Innersync and can be made accesible to both you and your clients via your company website. There are a number of configurations available and Innersync can set up the ImageSpace application in a way that is best suited for your existing infrastructure.
How does ImageSpace allow me to manage the case studies of work on my company website?
Very Simple. Once logged in you will have the ablility to add and modify case studies with ease. The power of ImageSpace is tethered to lightboxes. Lightboxes are simply groupings of images in the library.
What if I want to implement ImageSpace internally on my company network?
Innersync can deploy ImageSpace within your organization. Typically, we meet with your IT staff and evaluate your current infrastructure to determine if a dedicated server or specific software licensing is necessary. In many cases, the client will have Innersync host the application indefinitely until the appropriate hardware and licensing is obtained in order to port the application over to your internal network. We are happy to discuss all the options available and help you decide what route is best for you.
How much training will I need to implement and manage ImageSpace?
Training is minimal and included with the application. Innersync can either provide training on location with your team or by a web-based conference. The application is so straight-forward that the client typically hits the road running as ImageSpace was designed around repeated requests from people like you. Whether you are deploying ImageSpace at your place or ours, we will set it up and be sure everyone in the organization has the appropriate access.
