Entry-level web programmer

Innersync is looking for a motivated web programmer to join our software development team. We are a small, cutting-edge software development and creative firm who provides a Software as a Service web platform.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for day-to-day development, testing, and support of Innersync's products – Campusuite, Imagespace and Innersuite.

• Interacting with multiple managers, creative and technology teams.
• Analyzing and designing new components and modules.
• Responding to performance and process bugs.
• Evaluating user interface and usability, and QA processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have strong knowledge of HTML and CSS and basic understanding of XML.
• Coldfusion programming experience preferred but not a requirement.
• Must have basic knowledge of Javascript.
• 1-2 years' experience working with databases, i.e. SQL Server.
• A good understanding of the server and network environments as well as the software development cycle is a plus.
• MUST be a thorough tester who takes quality assurance seriously.
• Must be very organized and have the ability to manage time wisely. A good note-taker who asks questions up front.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral English)
